Artist Ad Dekkers (1938-1974) is known for his reliefs and geometric artworks. In 1971 he created a tile relief at the then MTS (school) in Gouda. The school is being redeveloped and the artwork was in danger of being lost. It was reconstructed in the Mien Ruys Park in Bergeijk thanks to the Heemschut historical association and Bruns BV. White tiles with and without bevels from v.d. Bosch Beton were used for this. Princess Beatrix unveiled the artwork on 13 April 2019.
