English In their show ‘Bommetje,’ Percossa brings a new rhythmic and spectacular show. An explosive mix of physical theater, humor, and rhythm for both the young and old.

Four battered street musicians are in a waiting room. One has a broken drumstick, the other is stuck in a large drum, the third is wearing a brass band suit with tire tracks on his back and the fourth is called Janwillem.

A news item is announced through the speaker: “Brass band playing death march hit by funeral procession.”

While trying to figure out who they are, where they are and why there is a diving board in the middle of the room, they end up in absurd situations with flying drum sets, tap dancing on heads, and a waiting room that is completely demolished during an all-out bar fight.

When the voice is suddenly starting to count down through the speaker, the men know one thing for sure: they don't want to find out what happens when the voice has counted down to ZERO. Maybe they should use the diving board?

Join Percossa in their climb to the highest step of the ladder where physical theater, rhythmic virtuosity and hilarious acts are rampant. Laugh out loud, celebrate life, take the plunge, and do a cannonball (in Dutch: Bommetje!)
